Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center (DECC) - Men's and Women's Hockey

Ice Logo Advertising

The most visible form of advertising that UMD has to offer, your on-ice logo will be seen by over 125,000 people at the high school and UMD men's and women's hockey games at the DECC in addition to a regional television audience (8-10 Bulldog home games are televised annually). Logos are available in the face-off dots, neutral zone, blue line, red line, and adjacent to the blue line.

Dasherboard Advertising

Dasher board advertising is one of the most popular forms of advertising at the DECC. These large, 14' x 33' full colored signs will be visible to over 130,000 fans annually as well as regional television audiences.

Back Lit Panel

Placed in between the home and visitor benches, this highly visible sign is the only back lit panel at the DECC and is sure to attract the attention of fans and spectators. The back lit panel will remain in place for men's and women's hockey games, District high school hockey games and DECC sponsored events.

Penalty Box Advertising

Your advertisement is sure to attract the attention of hockey fans and television cameras at the DECC. Your company's repeated logo will be placed across the middle of the penalty box glass (an area of 72.5 square ft.) and will remain visible at all Bulldog and local high school hockey games. Your logo and/or business has the opportunity to be visible outside the DECC through newspaper photos, local television coverage and team marketing items.

Home and Visitor Bench

Home and visitor bench advertising gives you the opportunity to receive the same visibility of a dasher board for half the cost. This form of advertising is placed on the top of the plexiglass and repeats your logo along the entire bench. Your logo and/or business name is sure to be seen by Bulldog fans at all men's and women's hockey games as well as all high school hockey games throughout the season. In addition, your logo and/or business has the opportunity to be visible outside the DECC through newspaper photos, local television coverage, and team marketing items.

Shot Clock

One of the most visible forms of advertising at the DECC, this 8'x 2' panel is positioned just above the shots on the goal board.
This location is sure to catch the eye of all fans in attendance and northland television viewers. In addition, the panel will remain up for all District high school hockey games and DECC sponsored events.

DECC Step Advertising-Pending Approval

DECC Step Advertising will be located in the middle sections for maximum exposure. This year round signage will catch the eyes of thousands of fans that make their way up the stairs every game and event held at the DECC.

Best Seat in the House

As a sponsor of the "Best Seat in the House" your business will create a buzz around the DECC through arena signage positioned in front of two elevated seats. The "Best Seat in the House" allows two lucky fans to watch the game from a terrific viewpoint where they will be served pizza and pop. In addition, you will receive PA announcements recognizing your business as the "Best Seat in the House," a half page program ad, and two regular season tickets to all men's hockey games. Your logo and/or business has the opportunity to be visible outside the DECC through newspaper photos, local television coverage, and team marketing items.

Arena Banners

Your 8' x 2' color banner will hang on the end sections of the rink. In place for all Bulldog men's and women's hockey, high school games, and DECC sponsored events. Your company logo and/or message will catch the eyes of over 130,000 fans in attendance throughout the season.

Concourse Sign

This 10'x 2' sign is sure to reach thousands of Duluth area fans and tourists each year. Strategically placed in a high traffic area, this year round banner displaying your company's logo and/or message is a can't miss by pedestrians utilizing the DECC concourse.

Mite Games

Every year the men's hockey team has 5-6 mite games during intermission. Here is a great way to make a repeated impression on kids in the Duluth and surrounding hockey community. Sponsorship would include your logo on the front of the practice jerseys and a PA announcement while each mite game is played.

Griggs Field - Football and Soccer

Scoreboard Back

The most visible form of outdoor advertising on the UMD campus, your advertisement will be seen by over 11,000 UMD students and faculty on a daily basis. In addition to your daily exposure your logo will be taken in by all fans attending Bulldog Football and Track and Field events as well as high school football and track and field events. Located behind the scoreboard at the entrance to Griggs Field, your company's logo is sure to make an impression on students, Bulldogs fans, and all campus visitors. Scoreboard panel is approximately 15' high x 20' wide.

Grandstand Panel

Placed at the main entrance to the grandstand this permanent, year round sign can't be missed. Your business name will be in front of thousands of fans and will gain repeated exposure. Your sign will be in the front of the concession and apparel area for maximum exposure.

Sideline Panel

"A" Frame Panels are guaranteed to catch the eye of spectators at Griggs Field. Strategically placed by the "action in the end zone" and the concession areas, your logo and/or business name will be in place for all Bulldog football, soccer, and North Central Conference playoff games. In addition, your sponsorship has the opportunity to be visible outside Griggs Field through newspaper photos, local television coverage, and team marketing items.

Goal Post Pads

Goal Post Pads are a unique way of displaying your logo at Griggs Field. Located at both end zones, your logo is sure to stand out in the action at Bulldog football games and North Central Conference playoff games, as well as soccer games. Romano Gymnasium - Volleyball, Men's and Women's Basketball

Scoreboard Panel

Stationed just below the main Romano Gymnasium scoreboard this advertising opportunity can pay dividends year round. Visible during all Bulldog events, district high school basketball games and UMD recreational classes, this advertisement is sure to draw attention.

Backlit Panel

Stationed along both mid-court lines, full-color backlit advertising panels are either 8' x 26.5" or 10' x 26.5" in size. With the added feature of lighting, this advertising medium is a real attention grabber. Your message will be visible at all Bulldog baskeball and volleyball games as well as district high school basketball and volleyball games. Your logo and/or business has the opportunity to be visible outside Romano Gym through newspaper photos, local television coverage, and team marketing items.

Student Rewards Program for 2007-08

Perfect opportunity to target the most impressionable people on campus.....the UMD students. As sponsor you will receive a logo on all student reward cards, PA announcements, banner signage, logo on student rewards flyer, no less then three emails to over 10,000 students.

Pocket Schedule Holders

This one time investment is for three years. Your logo or business name will be seen at almost every gas station, hotel, retaurant, and other highly trafficked businesses in the Duluth area. Your logo will be on both sides of the pocket schedule for maximum visibility.
