Casey Reeves took top honors in the triple jump at Thursday's rain-soaked Bolstroff Twilight Meet in St. Paul. Sixteen schools were represented at the event, which was held at Macalester College
Behm prevailed in both the 200-meter (22.79) and 400-meter dash (50.00) and also was part of the Bulldogs' 4 x 100-meter relay team that placed second with a time of 43.86. Reeves, who was part of that relay unit along with freshmen
Kyle Kabanuk and sophomore
Nick Beattie, leaped 12.75 meters while UMD freshman
Garret Schleis (12.57) and sophomore
Zack Vieau (12.57) finished in the next two spots. Kabanuk also took third in the long jump (6.42), junior
Brian Lee placed second in the hammer throw (52.75 meters) and freshmen
Andrew Lind and
Zeth Langworthy were fourth in the 400-meter hurdles (58.25) and high jump (1.84 meters), respectively.
Langworthy and the sophomore trio of
Austin Carlson,
Nathan Comer and
Darrick Jackson finished first in the 10-team 4 x 400-meter relay race, coming in at 3:26.39.
The Bulldogs will be in St. Peter, Minn., this Saturday for the Drake Alternative Meet at Gustavus Adolphus College.
