2014 (Junior): Team Captain • Competed at the NCAA Division II National Championships with a finish of 27th overall and setting a PR of 21:53.5 • Team finished 3rd at the NCAA Division II National Championship • Member of the NCAA Division II Central Region Championship team, helping with placing 12th overall • Member of the NSIC Conference 2nd place finishing team, finishing 11th overall • Helped the Bulldogs defend their Roy Griak Invitational Team Champion Title

2013 (Sophomore): Competed in the NCAA Division II National Championships, finishing 67th overall with a time of 22:20.0 • Team finished 10th at the NCAA Division II National Championship • NCAA Division II Central Region Team Champions • USTCCCA All-Region Honoree • USTFCCCA All-Academic • Ran a season-best time of 21:32.7 at the NSIC Cross Country Championship, finishing 5th overall • NSIC Team Champions • All-Conference First Team

2012 (Freshman): Ran a season-best time 22:02.1 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Championships, finishing 22nd overall • Finished 17th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships

Before UMD: Six-time letter winner in Cross Country and Track & Field at Richfield High School • Three-time Minnesota State Class AA Cross Country qualifier • Hold the school records in the 1600M, 3200M and the 4x800M relay • Member of the National Honors Society • Marching Band • Nordic Ski • Theater
