2013 (Junior): Took her second trip to the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships finishing 80th overall with a time of 22:28.4 • Team finished 10th at the NCAA Division II Championships • NCAA Division II Central Region Team Champions • Season-best time of 21:42.4 at the NSIC Cross Country Championships • NSIC Conference Team Champion • NSIC All-Academic Honoree • USTFCCCA All-Region Honoree • USTCCCA All-Academic • Team Captain

2012 (Sophomore): Finished her sophomore season with a season-best time of 22:30.8 at the NCAA Division II Central Championships • Highest place finish of 18th at the Dan Huston Invitational with a time of 23:11.7

2011 (Freshman): With her fellow Bulldogs, finished 21st at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships • Season best time of 19:06 at the South Dakota State Classic

Before UMD: Three-time time winner for Eden Prairie High School for cross country and track • Three-time state qualifier in track and field, competing in the 3,200 meters, 1600 meters and the 4x800 meter relay • Placed 13th individually at Minnesota State Class AA Cross Country • Letter-winner in Soccer and Basketball as well • Active member of DECA/Business Professionals of America
