The Bulldogs open up the tournament against Arkansas Tech, winners of the Great American Conference postseason tournament, for the second straight season. Opposite them, fourth-seed champions of the MIAA, the University of Central Missouri takes on Wayne State (Neb.) College . On the other side of the bracket, defending champion Concordia University, St. Paul takes on seventh-seed Washburn University, and the University of Nebraska-Kearney takes on third-seed Southwest Minnesota State University.
