UMD ADDS JEFFERS AND SCHOMMER TO 2009-10 SOFTBALL RECRUITING CLASS

Two standout Minnesota prep infielders -- Kierra Jeffers of Richfield High School and Lisa Schommer of Chisago Lakes High School -- have both signed national letters of intent to attend and play softball for the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2009-10. They join early signees Tyra Kerr (shortstop from Duluth East High School) and Michaela Goris (second baseman from Lakeville North High School) as the Bulldogs incoming freshmen recruits.
