KERR REPEATS AS DAKTRONICS ALL-REGION SELECTION

Tyra Kerr, who recently put the clamps on her final collegiate season at the University of Minnesota Duluth, has been chosen to the Daktronics All-Central Region Second Team for 2013. The second baseman and three-time All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference first team selection paced the Bulldogs in hits (68) and at-bats (195) while tallying the club's third best batting average at .349. The senior captain also set program career marks for hits (267), games played (210) and stringed together 209 consecutive starts at the second base position.
