HIBBING PREP TENNIS STANDOUT TO PLAY FOR UMD IN 2008-09

Katie Bolf, a two-time Minnesota state high school tennis tournament participant, has signed a national letter of intent to attend and play for the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2008-09.The Hibbing High School standout lettered in all six of her seasons and finished her prep career as a five-time All-Iron Range Conference selection. Bolf won the Section 7AA No. 1 singles championship as a senior and was a runner-up in 2005. She helped guide her team to 7AA team titles in 2007 and 2003.
